Notes on Offers

Last updated: 3 August 2026

Werkstatur is a request-for-quotation shop for business customers. You cannot buy goods via this website — you submit an enquiry and we prepare an individual offer for you. The following notes describe how this works and what applies. They are deliberately brief: the specific terms of your order (prices, payment terms, delivery) are set out exclusively in the individual offer.

This English version is provided for convenience; the German version is authoritative.

1. Business Customers (B2B)

Our offering is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Sec. 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), businesses, freelancers, trade companies, associations and public institutions — not at consumers. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you are acting in the exercise of your commercial, professional or institutional activity.

2. No Prices, No Online Purchase

The product presentations on this website do not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding overview of our range. No prices are displayed, and no purchase contract is concluded via the website. Your enquiry via the enquiry list is non-binding and free of charge.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

In response to your enquiry, we prepare an individual offer by e-mail. Our offers are subject to change and non-binding. A contract is only formed when you accept the offer and we confirm the order by e-mail — that is, through mutual confirmation in text form. Prices, payment terms, quantities and all other conditions are set out in the respective offer or order confirmation.

4. Logo Customisation (Printing and Embroidery)

Our core service is the customisation of workwear with your logo (printing or embroidery), generally from 10 pieces per design. Before production, you receive a proof or digital print preview for approval. Customisation only begins after your approval; by approving, you confirm the design, placement, size and colours. Please check the preview carefully — individually customised goods produced after approval cannot be used by us in any other way.

By submitting a logo or other artwork, you warrant that you hold the necessary usage rights and that the customisation does not infringe any third-party rights (in particular trademark and copyright).

5. Delivery and Lead Times

The delivery time depends on stock availability, quantity and the scope of customisation and is stated in the individual offer or agreed with you. Our manufacturer keeps more than 200 models in stock; in-stock goods with customisation can therefore usually be delivered at short notice. Binding delivery dates require express agreement in text form.

6. Warranty Rights

The statutory warranty rights apply. For merchants, the duty to inspect the goods and give notice of defects under Sec. 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) additionally applies: please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any apparent defects without undue delay. Minor deviations in colours and measurements customary in the textile trade remain unaffected, provided they do not impair usability.

7. Product Information and Standards

Information on standards and certifications (e.g. EN ISO 20471, EN ISO 11612) refers to the certification of the respective products by the manufacturer. The information in the individual offer and the conformity documents supplied are decisive for your order. We will be happy to clarify whether a product is suitable for your specific application as part of preparing the offer.
