How does an enquiry with Werkstatur work?
Add the products you need to your enquiry list, state quantities, sizes and your logo requirements, and submit the enquiry. You will receive a personal quote by email within 24 hours on business days. A contract is only formed once you confirm the quote – there is no online checkout.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Logo finishing (printing or embroidery) is available from 10 pieces per design. You can mix sizes and colours within that quantity. For smaller quantities without finishing, simply ask – we check each case individually.
What does logo finishing cost?
The price depends on the method (printing or embroidery), logo size, number of colours and quantity. Simply attach your logo as a file (e.g. PDF, AI or PNG) to your enquiry – finishing is shown as a separate line item in the quote. You receive a proof for approval before production starts.
How long does delivery take?
Over 200 styles are permanently held in stock by the manufacturer, and printing and embroidery are done in-house there – which shortens delivery considerably compared to made-to-order production. Your quote states a binding delivery date for your quantity and finishing.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Just note your sample request in the enquiry or contact us by email or WhatsApp. Sample terms are stated in your quote – so you can check fit and quality before ordering the full quantity.
Which standards is the clothing certified to?
Depending on the series: hi-vis to EN ISO 20471, heat and flame protection to EN ISO 11612, antistatic properties to EN 1149, weather protection to EN 343. All protective clothing carries the CE mark under PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425. The standards that apply to a product are listed on its product page.
Which sizes are available?
Most styles are available from XS to 4XL, some also in numeric sizes. We provide a size chart with measuring instructions; if you are between sizes, we recommend the larger one. Sizes can be mixed freely within one order.
Is Werkstatur B2B only? Will I receive an invoice?
Our offer is aimed at business customers: trade businesses, industry, hospitality, security services, municipalities and clubs. You receive a written quote in your company name and a proper invoice after placing the order. Payment terms are agreed in the quote.
