Flame-Retardant Protection Against Heat, Flame and Arc Flash

Maxima FR is the protective clothing series for workplaces with elevated heat and flame risks. It comprises a padded winter parka, jacket, vest, shirt, polo sweatshirt, trousers and balaclava – tested as category III PPE and designed to work together as a system.

Certified Standards

• EN ISO 11612 (A1 A2 B1 C1 F1) – protection against heat and flame
• EN 61482-2 (APC class 1) – protection against the thermal hazards of an electric arc
• EN 1149-3 / EN 1149-5 – antistatic properties against incendiary discharges
• EN ISO 11611 class 1 – welding protection (parka, jacket, vest and trousers)

This makes the series suitable for power and electrical companies, welding and metal processing, plant engineering and industrial areas where electrostatic discharge can become an ignition source.

Practical in Daily Use

All styles are washable at 40 °C and stocked in sizes XS–4XL, with fabric weights ranging from the 230 GSM polo sweatshirt to the 585 GSM padded parka. The balaclava completes the set upwards: EN ISO 11612 and EN 61482-2 for head and neck too.
